Marketing Assistant Trainee

What will you do:

• Support the marketing team with daily coordination and admin tasks

• Help create and schedule content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

• Assist with basic copywriting (posts, short articles, newsletters, website updates)

• Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and simple visuals (Canva/PowerPoint)

• Take and edit photos for internal and external communication

• Support global event planning and coordination (online or in-person)

• Maintain marketing calendars and keep track of deadlines

• Collect and organize marketing data (campaign results, web traffic, social performance)

• Assist with updating contact lists, CRM databases, and marketing files

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed

• Supports additional initiatives and tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Competence requirements:              

• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or similar

• Fluency in English, written and verbal

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva or video editing tools

• Understanding of social media and digital marketing

• Photo shooting and editing skills

• Basic knowledge of SEO or Google Analytics

• Good organization skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Open mind and positive attitude

• Cultural awareness and interest in an international market
