Service Coordinator Trainee:

What you will do:

Supporting Field Service Coordination

• Assist with service case initiation, preparations and execution (planning, communication, materials, schedules, logistics, site access, parts)

• Help with closing activities, including documentation updates and preparation of invoicing material

• Support spare part ordering, parts availability checks, and review of invoices

Supporting Service Sales

• Assist with quotation inputs, service sales documentation, and CRM updates

• Support supplier communication, RFQs, and follow-up on customer quotations

• Help with sales order administration and handover to Field Service

• Contribute to service sales and marketing material

What we are looking for:

• Studying or recently graduated in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or similar

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Interest in service coordination, planning, and customer interaction

• Proactive, positive, curious, and comfortable working with digital tools

• Fluency in English
