Operational Excellence Trainee:

What you will do:

• Support the tracking, analysis, and reporting of defined operational performance metrics.

• Assist in operations optimisation projects, including business software implementations and efficiency improvements

• Contribute to process mapping, documentation, and development initiatives across the organisation

• Assist in documenting business software configurations and process changes to ensure alignment with the quality management system

• Participate in regular process reviews, helping identify improvement opportunities, gaps, and risks, and supporting mitigation planning

• Contribute to approved improvement initiatives that enhance overall operational performance.

• Support the creation and delivery of training materials related to operational processes and business software

• Assist with data migration activities associated with business software implementation projects

• Support the maintenance of training materials and assist in administrative tasks related to assigned business software

What we are looking for:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Process Development, or a related field

• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and process optimisation

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced professionals

• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and digital tools

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Fluency in English
