職務内容

• 技術的な問題においてプロジェクト・マネージャーをサポートする
• テクニカル・レビュー、コマーシャル・レビュー、スコープ検証
• 顧客向け文書パッケージの準備
• プロジェクトマネージャーをサポートし、契約とスケジュールに沿った納品までプロジェクトを完遂させる
• プロジェクト・マネージャーの購買業務をサポート
• 顧客やサプライヤーとの技術的な打合せに参加する
• 不具合対応においてプロジェクトマネージャーをサポートする
• プロジェクトのフォローアップ報告（チームワーク内で）

必要条件

• 修士 または学士。 電気工学またはオートメーション工学専攻
• 日本での就労および居住が可能であること
• 流暢な英語力（TOEIC700点以上）および日本語力（読み書きおよび会話）
• 2年以上の類似業務経験
• 電力システムと制御システム分野の知識
• コーディネーション能力
• 多文化環境における優れたチームワークとコミュニケーション能力
• 自ら責任と決断を下す能力
• オープンマインドで前向きな姿勢

海運・造船業界、重電業界の経験があればメリットとみなされます。

As WE Tech Solutions continue to grow globally, our company is establishing a stronger presence in Japan. We are now looking for a skilled Project Engineer to support us with local projects and contribute to our long-term development in Japan. This role offers the opportunity for you to work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment with meaningful tasks, aiming for zero emission shipping.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in technical matters
• Technical review, Commercial review, Scope verification
• Prepare customer documentation package
• Support Project Manager in delivering according to contract and schedule
• Support Project Manager in purchasing
• Participate in technical discussions with Customer and Suppliers
• Support Project Manager in non-conformity handling
• Project follow up reporting (in Teamwork)

Requirements

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in electrical or automation engineering
• Eligible to work and live in Japan
• Fluency in English (Minimum TOEIC score 700) and Japanese, written and spoken
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar tasks
• Knowledge of power systems and control systems
• Coordination skills
• Excellence in team working and communication in multicultural environments
• Ability to take responsibility and decisions independently
• Open mind and positive attitude

Previous experience in the maritime business is seen as a merit.

Work location:

Preferred Kobe but can be elsewhere in Japan

Salary in accordance with company regulations, ¥7M–¥11M.

Working hours:

Flexible working hours, minimum 40 hours per week

Number of paid vacation days:

Minimum annual paid leave = 10 days after six months of continuous employment. Increases with years of service, reaching a maximum of 20 days after six and a half years of continuous employment.
