• 来訪者イベントの主催
• 採用イベントの主催者
• 一般事務およびフロントデスク管理
• 新入社員の入社手続きと退職手続きのパッケージ管理
• WE Tech Solutionsの代理店と協力し販売促進資料や活動を企画
• WE Tech Solutionsの従業員が、適切なオフィス規律と手順を身につけるためのサポート
• 日本語によるビジネス文書の作成と管理

能力要件

• 修士または学士。又は 2年以上の類似業務経験を有する
• 日本での就労および居住が可能であること
• 日英両言語（TOEIC900点以上）に堪能であること。
• 学習能力が高く、海運・造船分野を学ぶ意欲がある
• ビジネスマインドがあり、結果を重視する
• プレッシャーや時間的制約の中にあっても業務を遂行できる
• 多文化環境における優れたチームワークとコミュニケーション能力
• 自ら責任と決断を下す能力

As WE Tech Solutions continue to grow globally, our company is establishing a stronger presence in Japan. We are now looking for a skilled Office and Administration Manager to support the daily operations of our local team in Japan. This role is essential in creating a well-organized and professional environment as we continue to build our presence in the country. You will play a key role in coordinating internal processes and helping shape our office culture.

Responsibilities

• Visitor and recruitment event organisation
• General office and front desk management
• Onboarding and offboarding package management
• Organisation of sales promotion material and activities together with partners
• Support of WE Tech Japan KK colleagues in good office disciplines and procedures
• Development and maintenance of sales and supplier related documentation in Japanese
• Maintenance and support of the collaboration with WE Tech Partners in Japan

In all work, employee must consider potential risks and act in accordance with WE Tech Solutions’ policies.

Competence requirements

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Office Administration or Marketing and Communication
• Eligible to work and live in Japan
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC score at 900 or higher) languages, written and spoken.
• Quick learner and willingness to learn Maritime business culture
• Business minded and result-driven
• Able to perform under pressure and under time constraint
• Excellence in team working and communication in multicultural environments
• Ability to take responsibility and decisions independently

Previous experiences in similar tasks and/or in the maritime business are seen as a merits.

Number of paid vacation days:
