What you will do:

• Manage IT infrastructure and coordinate third-party IT services
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
  
• Evaluate and integrate software solutions securely, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Oversee application lifecycle: upgrades, integrations, decommissioning
• Lead ISO 27001, NIS2, and information security compliance efforts
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection adherence
• Conduct risk assessments and define IT/security controls
• Support IT strategy alignment with business objectives
• Provide internal training on IT security, GDPR, and best practices
• Drive IT improvements, cost savings, and digital transformation

Our requirements:

• Eligible to work and live in Finland (Vaasa)
  
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar tasks
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity
• Experience in managing third-party IT service providers
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, and data security frameworks
• Hands-on experience in IT system architecture and enterprise applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and sense of urgency when dealing with tasks
• Excellence in team working and communication in multicultural environments
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken) skills
