What you will do:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Develop HR policies and ensure legal compliance
  
• Responsible of on-boarding, training, and employee competence development
• Responsible of HR processes and systems
• Lead recruitment efforts and develop a hiring process
• Support managers in employee relations, performance management, and team development
• Contribute in building a strong employer brand to attract top talent
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR metrics

Our requirements:

• Eligible to work and live in Finland (Vaasa)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field 
• Great communication (written and spoken) & conflict management skills
• Excellence in team working and communication in multicultural environments
• Experience with HR systems
  
• Experience with Finnish labor laws, employment standards, and workplace regulations
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken) skills
